Back in April and May, Shae and I stayed 6 weeks at an Airbnb in Pueblo, CO.
Due to COVID-19 we didn’t do too much there, although we did get to have some fun:
- Celebrating A Socially Distant 40th Birthday
- Garden Of The Gods In Colorado: Much Better Than I Remembered
- Visiting Paint Mines Interpretive Park, Colorado
- Taking A Sunset Helicopter Tour To Pikes Peak, Colorado
Another fun thing we did while in Pueblo was a video interview with Stefan Krasowski. I’d met Stefan for the first time a couple of years ago at a points and miles conference, then both of us got to spend more time with him last year while in Ann Arbor, MI for a Frequent Miler meeting.
Stefan runs a Facebook group called Every Passport Stamp which is a group for people on a mission to visit every country in the world. That’s something Shae and I would love to do, although we’re focused on hitting up all 50 states on our road trip before that.
The interview is just over an hour long and we cover our road trip, marriage, gift cards and more. The video is embedded below if you’re interested in watching the video. If you’re wondering why I fiddle with my ear throughout the interview, Shae and I were using wireless ear buds to hear Stefan and mine kept falling out!
Thanks for the description of the Harriet Beecher Stowe house! We have college friends in Cincinnati and have stopped there often going to and from our families in Wisconsin. So we have seen a lot of things around Cincinnati but not the HBS house. On the list for when we can do more traveling and visiting again. (that list is getting longer by the day)
Glad we were able to give some inspiration 🙂 Hope things are good in SC.
