Shae and I are starting to plan what we’ll be doing this summer and so it’s time for us to decide where to stay in Nebraska this June.
We already have a list of ~50 things to do in Nebraska. However, a lot of those are just potential things to do if we happen to be near them, rather than us being set on actually visiting them all. As a result, the list of places we’d like to make an effort to see in the Cornhusker state is much shorter.
Our original plan had been to spend a month in Nebraska, but I’m not certain we’ll need that long. I could be wrong though, which is where you come in if you live in – or have spent time in – Nebraska.

Your Suggestions
Below is what we already have on our list of things to do in Nebraska. Do you have any suggestions of things to add to our list? Or is there anything on our list that you think is a must-do or something that we should avoid?
We’d love to hear your ideas of interesting stuff in Nebraska, great restaurants, quirky things to do, etc., so please share those in the comments below. We’ll then go through the list to identify locations we’d most like to stay in order to be close to the most interesting attractions.

The zoo is a must, easy to navigate. Old market is worth checking out while down there. Benson neighborhood im Omaha is pretty unique as well. The sandhills area is worth driving through if near there. The change in landscape is interesting and some great golf courses out there along/near Hwy 83.
Thanks for those suggestions – I’ll add them to our list.
